Vintage 5 1/4" tall laminated backstage pass from the 1992 MTV New Year's Eve Celebration at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City. The bash featured a live performance by Alice in Chains. The pass says "The Only Place to be MTV 92 on New Year's Eve".  

Excellent unused condition.
