The frame is size 19" x 15".  It is to commemorate the anniversary of the plane crash that took the lives of 4 band members including 1 of the original founders of the band and lead singer Ronnie Van Zant, also taken that day were guitarist Allen Collins, guitarist Steve Gaines, who also sang and wrote lyrics and Steve's sister back up singer Cassie Gaines. 
 
The ticket is for November 19, 1977, and is a complete, unused ticket for the last scheduled concert of that year and the only concert after the plane crash, 1 month prior.
There is a copy of the final itinerary also included.  
The photo was taken 1 month prior to the plane crash in honor of their newest and last album: Street Survivors which was released on October 20, 1977, just 3 days after the plane crash, it was the sole studio recording album by guitarist Steve Gaines and would hit #5 on the charts.  Also lost in the crash were 2 pilots and 1 crew member.
Later, Ronnie's younger brother Johnny would be the frontman to start their reunion tour in 1987.
