Vintage 4 1/4" tall 1995 Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers OTTO laminated backstage pass from the Dogs with Wings tour. They produced a number of artistic passes for this tour which are widely collected. The artwork is beautiful.
Excellent unused condition.
