Scarce vintage 4 3/4" tall 1982 The Police cloth OTTO Radio Station Pass. These were promotional passes given away by Radio 95X for the concert at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse on April 16th, 1982 during the Ghost in the Machine Tour. Joan Jett and the Blackhearts played too.
